Profit not Prophet

It is so simple and completely obvious, yet we are helpless to resist its temptations. Our ambivalent and misguided pursuit of the “American Dream” only allows it to grow stronger. The bottom line is the almighty dollar; the driving factor to everything in our lives from politics, religion, ethics and power, to entertainment, confidence, comfort, and safety. It is perceived as a status symbol and direct path to success, power and happiness. Our pursuit of it only opens the door to greed, deception, corruption, and worst of all complacency.

Each concept within this body of work is essentially fueled by our lust for money. I invite the viewer to question these issues, and perhaps join in the revolution to return this country to its people. Awareness provokes change, as ignorance is self-destruction.
